CRASH-LOCK – THE BOX WITH AN AUTOMATIC BOTTOM

To enable a consistent production of specialty boxes – FEFCO Codes 300 and 700 -; boxes with lid on top or bottom to be folded in, complete with 2 additional glue spots, BAHMÜLLER offers an economical solution with excellent output results.

The special feature of a crash-lock box are internal dividers, for example FEFCO code 715 and 716. As a single-piece die-cut box with an internal divider one can safe the addition of several work processes. BAHMÜLLER offers as a principle of its modular construction principle of the SFG additional accessories like front fold devices and hold-down elements, to produce box designs based on codes 715 and 716 at industrial production speeds.
